LESMILLS BODYSTEP

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BodyStep. A full body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. BodyStep can also include moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely. Our energetic and approachable instructors coach you through the workout. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way. You’ll leave buzzing with satisfaction.

LESMILLS BODYPUMP

BodyPump is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BodyPump gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music- helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

This class will challenge you to the core! Using your body weight, BOSU balls, resistance bands, kettlebells, and free weights, we will work to improve overall strength, balance, coordination, posture, and stamina. This class welcomes all fitness levels.

Monthly Annual Membership $55 / Month

Unlimited access to all group fitness classes. Auto withdrawal. Twelve month contract. If membership is cancelled prior to yearly renewal, there will be a $75 cancellation fee.
